Technical details

  • The servers are located in an own Data Room in TimiÈ™oara, the newest generations of servers and technologies in the field are used,
  • Each customer comes with 500GB of storage space (expandable to 1TB at no extra cost) and 8GB of RAM (expandable to 32GB at no extra cost). The mentioned space is allocated only for the needs of the client, for backup a space multiplied by 22 times is allocated, necessary for daily/weekly/monthly data saves. The number of processors is allocated professionally, above the needs of the customers, without additional costs, regardless of their number,
  • The services offered by our company do not depend on external corporations (such as Azure, Google Cloud, Amazon or others), everything is stored and secured on our own servers,
  • The contractual UPTIME is 99%, but in reality for the years 2017-2022 we had a real uptime of 99.99%, monitored from outside nonstop,
  • Redundant energy - currently 2 electricity supply lines, and in the course of 2024, the 3rd supplier will follow,
  • Redundant Internet - currently we have 3 redundant internet access lines on fiber optic guaranteed bandwidth, multiple domains with multiple STATIC IP's. The lines are configured in both load balance and high availability mode, so that at any moment if one provider becomes inactive, it automatically switches to the other active ones, and if they are all active, all requests are loaded equally,
  • Multiple backup servers, using replication and synchronization at different time intervals on different days. This measure is vital in case of data encryptions/viruses so that it is not lost. Thus, in the worst possible scenario, we can ensure the data from 24 hours ago at most, if not more recent (this depends on when the unwanted actions are triggered), for any cyber attack of any nature,
  • The data is saved completely (full), not archived, without incremental backup (it means only saving new changes), i.e. all files are saved exactly as they are in the original version on the client's servers, daily, in separate folders under year/month/day form,
  • Weekly backups of the entire operating system are performed on slave servers, this measure helps if one or more of the client's servers fail beyond repair,
  • All client servers are physically separated, so a client cannot in any way access data from another client's servers, access by domain name with STATIC IP,
  • Client access to the cloud is encrypted, for increased security, based on user and password, and the work speed is maximum even if the client's internet connection is minimal (1MB),
  • User data security can be done at the folder and/or application level, so a user can have their own folder to which other users have no access at all, or read-only access. Similarly, in Saga a collaborator can only have access to his company and cannot even see the list of companies of the client or his collaborators,
  • Support is provided by a real person on the phone, by email, at any time. If the phone is not answered, you will be called as soon as possible.
